Job Description
Talents and Skills Africa is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Senior Supervisor, Fuel Operations Services. The successful candidate will oversee fuel operations, lead operational teams, ensure compliance with HSE standards, and drive operational excellence across assigned locations.
This role is ideal for professionals with extensive experience in fuel operations, logistics, or the oil and gas industry who possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily fuel operations across assigned locations.
- Lead, coordinate, and mentor operational teams.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards and company policies.
- Monitor operational performance, productivity, and efficiency.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Investigate operational incidents and recommend corrective actions.
- Promote a safe working environment and ensure adherence to industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years’ supervisory experience in fuel operations, logistics, or the oil and gas sector.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Good knowledge of HSE regulations and operational safety practices.
- Excellent reporting, documentation, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work shifts where required.
