Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
– Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management
– Professional certification (CFM, FMP, or equivalent)
– Membership in a professional body (IFMA, BIFM, or equivalent)
– Excellent communication and leadership skills
– Proven track record of managing facilities and teams

Responsibilities:
– Oversee daily facility operations
– Manage maintenance and repairs
– Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
– Lead a team of facility staff
– Develop and implement facility management strategies
