SALES & KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER
Location: Surulere, Lagos, Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-Time
A fast-growing technology and managed services company in Lagos is urgently seeking to hire an experienced and result-driven Sales & Account Manager to drive business growth, manage key client relationships, and expand its B2B customer portfolio across corporate and institutional markets.
The ideal candidate must possess strong commercial acumen, excellent relationship management skills, and a proven ability to generate new business opportunities independently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development:
• Build and manage a structured sales pipeline for IT solutions, managed services, and technology products.
• Prospect, qualify, and convert new business opportunities.
• Develop relationships with corporate organizations, SMEs, and public sector clients.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals and business presentations.
Key Accounts Management:
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct regular account reviews and client engagement meetings.
• Drive client retention, contract renewals, and upselling opportunities.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure high service satisfaction.
Payment Recovery & Client Follow-Up:
• Follow up on outstanding payments and negotiate payment resolutions professionally.
• Work closely with internal finance and operations teams on invoice reconciliation and payment tracking.
Reporting & CRM Management:
• Maintain accurate and updated sales pipeline records.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
• Monitor lead conversion, account performance, and revenue generation activities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in B2B sales, account management, IT services, managed services, or technology solutions.
- Proven ability to close deals and manage corporate accounts successfully.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented personality.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced business environment.
- Experience using CRM platforms is an added advantage.
