Job Title:Customer Service Consultant

Reporting Authority: Customer Service Manager

Education/Certification
Diplomas degree required; Bachelors preferred.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide quality service delivery to customers on all channels; Incoming calls, Outbound calls, Emails, Web-chat and Social Network (Facebook & Twitter);
  • Use questioning and listening skills that support effective communication in attending to customers;
  • Use effective approach to handle special telephone tasks like call transfers, taking messages, call backs, holds, interruptions, and unintentional disconnects; while at the same time effectively deal with job stress, angry callers, and upset customers;
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues involving access to channels of operations and troubleshooting;
  • Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about their accounts and or products and services; Resolve all customer queries that can be done on the first level within set service targets;
  • Kept records of customer interactions and transactions on the customer relationship management tools made available; details of inquiries, comments, complaints, and actions taken;
  • Escalate all customer queries that require second level resolution and follow up on unresolved customer queries;
  • Up-sell and cross-sell all products of Mobile sport to existing customers, and call all customers with inactive accounts and encourage them to renew or fund their account and place a betFollow up on customer interactions and provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Experience (Important):

  • 3 years of customer service experience required;
  • At least 1 years of large Call Center experience required;
  • Sports Betting Company working experience preferred;
  • Zendesk system experience preferred.
  • Internet company experience preferred.
