Job Description

Key Responsibilities
– Financial Reporting and Analysis: Preparing and analyzing financial statements, reports, and budgets to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support business objectives.
– *Auditing and Compliance*: Conducting audits to guarantee regulatory compliance and internal controls, identifying financial issues, and proposing solutions.
– *Taxation Advisory*: Providing tax planning, compliance, and advising services to clients, including tax calculations, estimates, and filings.
– *Financial Advisory*: Offering strategic financial guidance, risk management solutions, and investment strategies to optimize financial performance and outcomes.
– *Budgeting and Forecasting*: Developing and implementing financial strategies, plans, and policies to support business objectives and goals.

*Requirements and Skills:*

– *Professional Certification*: Chartered Accountancy designation from a recognized accounting body, such as ACA, ACCA, or CPA.
– *Education*: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
– *Experience*: Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with proven experience in financial auditing and reporting.
– *Technical Skills*: Proficiency in accounting software, financial management tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
– *Soft Skills*: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
