Preparing for an Interview can be a daunting task, anticipating and practicing questions takes time, which you sometimes may not have. still, you need to be very prepared to answer some of the common questions that may come up.

In this post, I’m going to take you through some of the most common Interview questions and teach you how you can structure your responses and also see some examples of successful answers for both Entry-level and Mid-career candidates.

In the end, all questions come down to the prime: “WHY SHOULD I HIRE YOU?”. This would be based on your skill, your qualifications, your fit and if the organization feels you would be successful. that is why is it important to make sure your answers are Unique to you so you don’t come up as a generic candidate. by reviewing these questions, you will develop a framework to crack authentic answers that show your enthusiasm for the organization and role you are applying for……..

I will be providing example responses to each of the common questions depending on your experience. you can choose to view the example from an entry-level candidate that focus on using course work and internship experience or a mid-career candidate that uses examples from their work and volunteer experiences.

For each question, the answer reflects the experience of real candidates for actual positions. As you plan your answers for common questions, you will need to think through your own unique experiences and how you refine them so you will stand out as the candidate of choice.
