(1) Job Title: Outlet Manager: Lekki Phase 1

 

Our Client is a rapidly growing Group of Companies in the Oil & Gas and FMCG sectors. Due to its current expansion, she now need more hands in its QSR subsidiaries. The followings positions are now currently available with our Client due to business expansion.

Outlet Manager Job Description:
• The Restaurant Outlet Manager would be responsible for supervising daily outlet operations in selected outlet(s) and assisting with menu planning, maintaining sanitation standards and assisting servers and hosts on the floor during peak meal periods.
• This role shall strive to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance in areas of responsibility.
• The constant training of the Staff and maintaining the Operations’ consistency would be the main objective as well as Maximizing revenue and net profit by controlling operational expenses.

Qualifications, Skills & Competencies:
• Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in related field
• 8 years’ cognate experience with at least 3 years supervisory experience in a restaurant & catering business, including Profit & Loss responsibility.
• Experience with marinated & smoked products would be a huge plus.
• Proven leadership skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Energy and stamina
• Ability to work extended hours when required.

(2) Job Title: Graduate Marketing Executives Location: Lekki Phase 1

Job Description:
• Listen to customers and be able to address their need.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid explanations to existing and prospective customers.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Provide management with reports on customer’s needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

(5) Job Title: Chef/Cook Location: Lekki & Maryland).

Requirements:
• Must have worked in good restaurants and be able to prepare good food (African & Continental).
• Good experience in pasta, etc.
