This job role involves assisting accounting officials/senior management in the maintenance, reporting and management and running of the company’s finance and account department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily disbursement of all due cheques at hand to the appropriate banks.*
- Confirmation of all lodgements and transfers.*
- Physical Transfer of cash at hand to vault as soon as cash reaches Limit.
- Prepare and forward Daily Activity Reports to the Head of Accounts
- Daily reconciliation of all banks receipts and cash with Busy postings
- Supervise Daily reconciliation of all banks receipts and cash with Busy postings*
- View payments on Busy to confirm payments
- Keeping records of receipts and usage of diesel
- Effect payment of Utility Bills (PHCN, DSTV, Security, Telephone, etc) upon approval of HHRA
- Purchase of Toiletries and Stationaries in liaison with the HHRA
- Attending to other administrative duties as assigned and demanded by Management.
- Other duties as assigned by Management
