Agency Managers (5 positions)

The Agency Manager is responsible for overseeing operations at individual branches of the insurance company. Their duties are to assess the effectiveness of sales associates and implement key performance goals, such as increased sales, better customer service, or the introduction of new products.
Experience/Knowledge/Skills:
– University degree and HND, a post-graduate degree will be an added advantage.
– At least 3 years experience in Financial Services, FMCG, or Telecoms Industry.
– Must possess a strong combination of sales and customer relationship management skills
– Must have excellent presentation skills
– Must be able to deliver excellent customer service
– Ability to achieve or exceed sales target.
– Must be result-oriented.
– Proficient use of computer and basic applications.
