IT Support Consultant – Telecoms- Datacom-Hosting (On- premise and cloud)/Desktop Engineering

Job Description

• User creation
• User’s Permission management
• Configuration of service applications, Business Connectivity, Timer jobs, SharePoint accounts and
• Creation of a Content DB
• Analysis of SharePoint content and storage
• Setting up alerts and enforcing policies
• Review and clean-up of SharePoint server
• Carry out SharePoint performance Assessment (e.g. site usage and growth, disk space usage and growth)
• Carry out SharePoint audit including identification of governance violations
• Provision of SharePoint Training Services for business users

Job Requirements
Academic Qualification:

• B.Sc. /HND in Engineering/Computer Science

Professional Qualification:

• Applicable in field of discipline with proof
• CCNA with good standing Project Management certificate – Added Advantage
• MCSA Certification in either Windows Server 2012 or 2016
• VMware Certified Associate – Digital Business Transformation (VCA-DBT)- ITIL Foundation Certificate – ADDED ADVANTAGE
• Valid VCP (VMware Certified Professional)

Experience:

• Experience on support of similar activities.
