Talents and Skills Africa is recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Supervisor, Fuel Operations Services. We are seeking a proactive and experienced professional to oversee fuel operations, ensure compliance with operational procedures, and lead field personnel to achieve safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise fuel handlers and operational staff.
• Monitor compliance with operational policies and safety procedures.
• Conduct routine inspections and ensure operational standards are maintained.
• Prepare and maintain operational records and reports.
• Coordinate daily operational activities for efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure all work is carried out in line with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements

• OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of fuel handling procedures and workplace safety standards.
• Good communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
